DEN HAAG (ANP) – De minister van Buitenlandse zaken van Costa Rica, René Castro, is maandag in Den Haag. Hij is er om de regering te bedanken voor het initiatief voor en de financiële steun aan het ontwikkelingsprogramma Partners in South-South Cooperation (PSSC). Dit is een samenwerking tussen Benin, Bhutan en Costa Rica die in 1994 is gestart.

LA HAYA (ANP). El ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Costa Rica, René Castro, estuvo el lunes en La Haya para expresar su agradecimiento al gobierno holandés por la iniciativa y el apoyo financiero prestado al programa de desarrollo, Socios en la Cooperación Sur-Sur, PSSC, una colaboración entre Benín, Bután y Costa Rica que se inició en 1994.

Radio Netherlands Worldwide, 30/5/2011 - Costa Rican minister of foreign affairs René Castro visited The Hague Monday to thank the Dutch government for helping develop Partners in South-South Cooperation (PSSC). The initiative was established in 2002 between Benin, Bhutan and Costa Rica with financial support from the Netherlands.

The Dutch idea is producing such good results that the European Union looks set to use it as a basis for a new approach to development aid.
